How to seek help from the Community Assistance Program:
1. Tell us how many prescription drug discount cards you can use, and we
will mail 500 or less at no cost to you. We will gladly send you more
than 500 but, just ask that you help us with postage costs. Just contact
us to let us know.
2. Let us help you raise money for your organization. We have an
excellent fund-raiser program that involves very little work for the
organization in need of funding.
